基于STM32及uC/OS的电阻炉水温控制系统设计

摘要:

为改善电阻炉水温控制系统的性能,简化系统结构,采用STM32微处理器设计并实现了具有良好实时性的温度测量、控制和显示的水温控制系统。该系统以数字PID控制算法为核心,利用嵌入式实时操作系统uC/OS-Ⅲ实现了多任务软件设计。实验结果表明,本系统具有算法简单、超调量小、控制效果较好、扩展性好的优点,在温度控制中有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:

In order to improve the performance of electric furnace temperature control system and simplify the system structure, a temperature control system with real-time is designed base on STM32 and embedded real-time operating system u C/OS-III. The system uses the digital PID control algorithm as the core algorithm and implements multitasking software design by using the embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-Ⅲ. Experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simple algorithm, small overshoot, good control effect and high scalability. It has a certain application prospect in the temperature control.
