土地利用/覆盖变化不仅直接影响社会经济的发展,而且对资源开发、环境保护和生态功能改善等各方面都有密切关系。钱塘江作为浙江省的第一大水系,其土地利用变化信息对浙江省土地资源的合理规划与使用有着极其重要的意义。本文在对1991年、2004年两期陆地卫星专题制图仪获取的遥感图像进行解译的基础上,结合1985年土地利用统计资料,得出钱塘江流域内1985-1991年间和1991-2004年间土地利用变化情况。结果表明,钱塘江流域内土地利用变化表现为耕地、水域和未利用地面积明显减少;园地和居民点及工矿用地急剧增长;林地面积变化较为平缓。同时,通过对钱塘江流域内三期土地利用数据进行分析,探讨了流域内土地利用变化的驱动因素,为今后制定土地利用政策、土地利用的规划和管理提供科学依据。

Land use/land cover dynamic is closely related to the social and economic development,resource utilization,environmental protection and ecology,etc.As the biggest river in Zhejiang province,the information of land use/land cover change in Qiantang River Watershed(QTW) is very important.Based on the interpretation of TM images in 1991 and 2004,and statistical data of land use in 1985,we analyzed the land use changes in QTW from 1985 to 1991 and from 1991 to 2004.Results showed that the areas of cultivated land,water and unused land decreased,while the areas of garden plot,residential and industrial land increased drastically;and the areas of woodland increased slightly.Using these land use change data,we analyzed potential driving factors,which could provide scientific basis for planning and management of land resource in the region.
